The Ladybug Foundation is a charitable foundation helping the homeless and was all started with a 9yr old girls passion.

The vision:  “No one should have to eat out of a garbage can”

Hannah Taylor is the inspirational founder of this organization and has been spreading her message across Canada.  She is only 10yrs old but has a passion to spread love.

Hannah’s Goals
1. Teach people that homeless people
are just like you and me they just need
us to love them and care for them.
2. To teach everyone to treat homeless
people like family because if you do that
you will love them in all the right ways
and you will treat them in all the right
ways and care for them in all the right
ways.
3. Teach people that no one should ever
eat from a garbage can or live without a
bed or a home and to let them know
that there are people that have to because they have no choice.
4. To ask every person who will listen to help however they can to make life for our homeless people better.
5. To teach people that homelessness is not sad if you help.

I had the pleasure of attending the Edmonton ”Big Bosses Event” this morning and hearing about her journey first hand.  It is a message that is so simple to understand and is one that really encourages you to take notice.

“You can help homeless people in
lots of ways. You can share what you
haveby donating food, clothing and
some of your money, but mostly
what you can do is be nice to them.
If they are cold, share your mitts.
If they are sad, say “Hi” to them and
give them a hug. If they are hungry,
lend them a sandwich – and just love
them like family. They need that most
of all.”-Hannah

You may have heard about this amazing individual and her ladybug campaign and her determined efforts to spread love to those in need.  Take a moment of your time today and visit her website, I would recommend you watch the videos:

Hannah is truly an inspiration to us all and we owe it to ourselves to listen with our hearts and to recognize the importance of her message.

We have all heard this before, “Don’t judge a book by it’s cover.”

Have a great week.
